These acquisitions— Horizons Engineering, Inc., Aqua Engineering Inc., Advanced Earth Sciences, Inc. (AES), Atlantic Resource Consultants, LLC (ARC), and Atlantic Environmental Consulting Services, LLC—strengthen Verdantas’ ability to deliver forward-thinking solutions that enable a sustainable future across key markets.

• Technical Service Integration: Providing significant operational synergies by in-sourcing subcontracted services.
• Expanded Remediation Expertise: Enhanced environmental services including water resources, state and federal permitting, and additional licensed site remediation professionals (LSRP) in New Jersey.

The largest of these acquisitions, Horizons Engineering, brings a team of almost 100 experienced professionals with specialized expertise in environmental consulting, water resources, and civil engineering. This acquisition establishes a strong platform in Vermont and Maine while strengthening the company’s existing presence in New Hampshire, filling important geographic gaps in Verdantas’ northern New England footprint.
