Verdantas performed the Civil Engineering and Facility Site Design for a Saltwater Disposal Facility in Ohio. To complete this work, our team produced a 3D civil site design and 3D integrated mechanical, piping, structural foundations and steel designs.  The 3D facility model also included creating vendor equipment and buildings, and coordinating P&IDs with related vendors.

Upon project completion, the Saltwater Disposal facility design included:

•    Automated truck unload bays;

•    Truck unload fluids transfer design and containment;

•    Tank Farm and process containment;

•    Filtration equipment and building coordination;

•    Down hole pump piping and equipment foundations;

•    Automated system features.
