Verdantas performed the Civil Engineering and Facility Site Design for a Renewable Natural Gas facility in New York. Our scope of work included Civil/Site Design, Mechanical Piping Design, structural equipment and building foundations, pipe racks and supports, Instrument and Control, and Electrical.
To complete this work, our team developed 3D Civil site designs and preliminary facility layouts required for permitting and approvals. The next phase of the project was to develop a 3D integrated mechanical, electrical, and structural facility model including vendor equipment and connections.
Upon project completion, the design package included:
• civil site plans and details;
• balance of plant facility design;
• integration of vendor equipment and prefab buildings;
• automation and control design integration of vendor systems.
