Based in Richmond, Virginia, Aegis is renowned for its expertise in environmental health & safety, regulatory compliance, and sustainability consulting.
For over 28 years, Aegis has partnered with a wide range of clients, including large and small businesses, municipalities, universities, power producers, and the federal government. They have focused on ensuring responsible operations, reducing risks, navigating compliance with regulations, and promoting sustainable practices. By acquiring Aegis, Verdantas enhances its capabilities in permitting, stormwater erosion control, SWPPP, environmental health and safety, and sustainability.
