Chief Financial Officer

Patrick Sheridan joined Verdantas in 2020 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a background in top-tier engineering organizations and an extensive record of operational and financial success. He has led the financial and accounting activities of WSP USA as CFO and Executive Vice President since 2008. Previously, he served as US CFO/Senior Vice President for WSP Parsons Brinckerhoff, Inc. 

Pat has led a number of corporate growth initiatives for Verdantas, including overseeing and directing the company's financial, accounting, and legal departments. His background in Civil Engineering evolved into financial management and planning as his career developed. He later expanded his areas of responsibility to include strategic planning and budgeting, mergers, acquisitions and integration, ERP implementation, risk management, process improvements, change management, and operational leadership. 

Pat received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Villanova University and Master of Business Administration in Finance and Quantitative Methods from Fordham University. He currently resides in Florida with his wife and two children.
