AVP - Area Leader, Integrated Design and Integrated Technologies Areas

Lee Borthwick is an experienced leader in the Energy, Industrial, and Government markets. He currently serves as the AVP - Area Leader for Verdantas Specialty Services Group, where he oversees the nationwide operations of the Integrated Design and Integrated Technologies Areas. As a leader, Lee focuses on combining technology and engineering to achieve optimal results. He began his career in the Transportation market and gradually progressed to higher education, healthcare, and energy markets. He has held various engineering and project management positions throughout his career and has been recognized for his leadership skills.

Lee's notable achievements include taking on the role of Energy Service Leader and leading the development of a successful strategic plan. As BD and Operations Manager for the Power market, he added nuclear services and digitized substations for key clients. Lee is also recognized for his technical expertise and experience in managing high-performing teams.

Lee has a professional engineering license and holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP). He is an active member of professional organizations and served as a Board of Director member for Leadership Lackawanna from 2016 to 2019, where he also served as Governance Chair from 2019 to 2021.
