Mechanical, Electrical, & Automation Engineering Practice Lead

A.J. Speicher, P.E., CCP, WELL AP has over 25 years of commissioning, construction, HVAC, BAS, industrial, and facility engineering design experience. He is the National Mechanical/Electrical/Automation Practice Leader for Verdantas. Previously, he was a Project Manager focusing on the design and installation of BAS systems, primarily for pharmaceutical clients. A.J. holds Mechanical Engineering degrees from Penn State (B.S.) and Villanova (M.S.). He is a Certified Commissioning Provider (CCP), a Professional Engineer, a Certified Energy Manager, a LEED Green Associate, and a WELL Accredited Professional. He was a Past President of both the Anthracite Chapter of ASHRAE and the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the BCA. He sits on the boards of the Penn State Mechanical Engineering Alumni Society (PSMES) and the Northeast PA Manufacturers Association (MAEA).
